Apply & track with Apply EdgeKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesContributes to land identification and acquisition activities prior to handover to the main renewable energy power plant developer by carrying out activities to identify land options, land assessment procedures, managing relationships with land and property owners, and ensuring the completion of all relevant documentation.Contributes to market analysis activities based on land needs and requirements for renewable energy projects in order to identify potential land ownership opportunities.Develops ways of working with various relevant teams to ensure the analysis of criteria for potential land to assess its suitability for renewable energy projects.Develops activities for prioritizing proposed land for renewable energy projects and presents the results to the administrative unit and representatives of the main buyers.Develops activities related to the acquisition and leasing of land and sites required for renewable energy power plant development activities (solar and wind energy).Establishes tasks for managing land acquisition activities prior to handover to the main developer, ensures that work is assigned and scheduled according to the timeline, evaluates current procedures, and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling future projects (when required).Establishes tasks for managing relationships with municipalities and government entities and ensures responsiveness to their requirements and inquiries during land identification, selection, and acquisition processes.Develops ways of working with relevant government entities and private institutions to secure the land required for the development of renewable energy projects.Contributes to coordinating requests from land and property owners and renewable energy development companies.Delivers work related to ensuring the completion of subdivision and licensing activities and coordinates the zoning process with the main renewable energy power plant developers.Develops data quality assurance tasks and tracking activities related to the pool of candidate sites, lease agreements, and other land ownership documents.Contributes to coordinating, scheduling, and following up on site visits by technical teams from various departments within the Agency.Contributes to coordinating, arranging, and tracking environmental reports, regulatory reports, and site plans.Submits the relevant documents for obtaining approvals from land and property owners for construction drawings and zoning applications / required permits.Delivers work related to preparing and updating site status reports / databases and the data required for site closure.Develops communication activities with relevant entities to request licenses for contractors, submit preliminary studies, and conduct tests (including drilling, soil testing, and installation of sensor devices).Adheres to work regulations and behaviors, cybersecurity policies, and procedures of the organizational unit.Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.Academic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration or any specialization related to the field of work.A master’s degree is preferred.Required Experience and Number of Years of ExperienceMinimum of 4 years of experience in the same field of work.
