This role involves managing vendor relationships, conducting market research, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure technology procurement aligns with organizational objectives and delivers maximum value.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end technology procurement activities including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiations, contracting, and purchase order follow-upDevelop and maintain strong relationships with technology suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and servicesConduct market research and analysis to identify emerging technology trends and recommend procurement strategies accordinglyEnsure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders such as IT, project management, finance, and legal teams to align procurement efforts with organizational needsPrepare procurement documentation, reports, and maintain accurate and up-to-date recordsIdentify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements within technology procurementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years' experience in technology procurement or related supply chain rolesStrong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor negotiationsExperience with procurement software such as SAP, Ariba, or equivalent platformsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze market trends and implement cost-effective procurement strategiesFluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageousUnderstanding of the Saudi Arabian business environment and local market practices is preferred
