Senior Specification Engineer

Position: Senior Specification EngineerLocation: 1st Settlement, Cairo, Egypt (On-site)Employment Type: Full-timeWork Schedule: Fixed hours (8 hours/day, 2 days off)About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Specification Engineer to join our Specification team. In this role, you will analyze project scope, guide consultants on door hardware selection, and prepare comprehensive technical and financial documentation to ensure optimal project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed technical specifications for materials and door hardware equipment.Develop and maintain product data sheets, technical documentation, and standard specification forms (including dimensions and unit requirements).Prepare complete technical and financial offers.Provide technical guidance to consultants to ensure appropriate door hardware application.Build project cost summaries covering equipment, materials, and additional project variables.Monitor and achieve financial performance objectives for assigned projects.Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the architecture industry.Industry Background: Required experience within door hardware or door manufacturing (e.g., Door HY SEC, France Metal, or similar).
