Senior Staff Engineer - Solutions Architect

ConceptVines is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Engineer - Solutions Architect to lead the technical architecture of the intelligent systems developed for its partners. This role extends beyond ongoing systems maintenance; the successful candidate will determine how AI, ML, and related technologies are integrated into platforms from initial design, working closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and venture partners to translate strategic objectives into scalable, secure, production-grade solutions.The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for converting early-stage concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Solution Design

• Design and implement AI/ML-driven solutions that are scalable, secure, and engineered to perform under real-world conditions
• Define technical requirements and architectural blueprints in collaboration with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders
• Prepare detailed technical specifications that translate ambiguous requirements into executable plans
• Develop strategies for data storage, security, and performance optimization across the technology stackTechnical Leadership & Governance
• Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews to ensure development teams adhere to established architectural standards
• Establish frameworks for cross-departmental contributions to prevent solutions from being developed in isolation
• Evaluate project constraints, including risk, time, resources, and scope, to mitigate potential challenges
• Define clear objectives for each initiative and oversee their successful executionContinuous Improvement
• Assess current technologies in use and identify concrete opportunities for modernization or optimization
• Document and monitor requirements associated with proposed system updates
• Monitor initiative progress in close coordination with project management teams
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation as an ongoing responsibilityTechnology & Trend Ownership
• Maintain awareness of developments in AI/ML and related fields, incorporating relevant advances into the organization's architectureCandidate RequirementsRequired Qualifications
• 14–20 years of experience designing and developing applications using modern, production-grade technologies
• Substantial hands-on experience with AI/ML algorithms, data processing, and data storage architecture
• Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying solutions on cloud infrastructure
• Strong working knowledge of system security best practices
• Established experience in software engineering and architectural design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, together with the communication skills required to convey technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications
• Advanced business analysis experience, with the ability to connect architectural decisions to business outcomes
• Broad exposure to operating systems, computer hardware, and infrastructure environments
• Prior experience within a venture-backed, product engineering, or innovation-lab environmentWhat Distinguishes This RoleAt many organizations, the Solutions Architect function is limited to integrating new technologies into existing legacy systems. At ConceptVines, the role involves architecting original solutions for BFSI, Manufacturing, and Healthcare partners who are actively pursuing disruptive innovation rather than maintaining the status quo.
