Job DescriptionSupport business plan set up including setting of program budgeDFull accountability for given projectsBudgetDeliver to requirements specificationsTimelineDefining clear project KPI, monitoring and triggering associated actions Other tasksEstablish, drive and maintain the overall program plan including regular program reporting to both internaland external teamsDefine all milestones and track on a regular basis. Highlight issues and derive options for resolution. Ensurerisk analysis is completed and maintained including options and trigger datesOrganize and hold regular program status meetings. Derive regular reports including management andcustomer updates.Establish and maintain efficient program reporting across involved departmentsLead and manage cross functional teams across multiple locations to deliver the program. This includes but is not limited to:MarketingDesign Engineering (Silicon and Software)IP procurement / insourcingOperations (Quality, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Planning, …)QualificationsElectrical or Electronic Engineering Degree or similar desiredPMI or Prince 2 (nice to have)Industry experience in the application of project management techniques7 years+ experience of managing large, multi-disciplined global delivery teams7 years+ experience of successfully program managing complex IC design projects for Automotive products.Should include evidence of program managing multiple projects in parallelProof of working with satellite teams in different locations/countriesProof of being able to work with 3rd parties and/or external contract resource companiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer and stakeholder management skillsAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsGravitas, strength of opinion and effective influencing skillsStrong presentation skills to present concise program statusSignificant experience in semiconductor/engineering environmentExperience/awareness of the of IC design process including physical designExperience/awareness of the of requirements for Automotive IC productsExperience/awareness of the of SW design process, especially embedded SW designExperience of working with IC fabrication, assembly and test organizationsTechnical acumen with ability to manage technical issues within a return on investment or risk managementframeworkStrong commercial awareness with previous experience of P&L responsibilityLanguage skills – English is essential, Dutch and/or German desirableDesirableProven success in achieving design-in to Tier 1 customers in Wireless ConnectivityPrevious experience in key account management or sales rolesAdditional InformationRenesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
