About the OpportunityThis is a client-facing role responsible for managing complex sourcing events, supplier negotiations, commercial strategy, and contract execution across a broad range of outsourcing and business services categories.The position offers exposure to global stakeholders, large-scale transformation programs, and high-value sourcing initiatives within regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end sourcing initiatives for BPO and outsourced business servicesDevelop category strategies, sourcing approaches, and supplier engagement modelsConduct market analysis, supplier evaluations, RFIs, and RFPsLead commercial negotiations and contract discussionsPartner with legal, risk, compliance, and business stakeholdersDeliver measurable value through cost optimization and supplier managementSupport global sourcing programs across multiple regionsAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholdersRequirementsExtensive experience sourcing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) servicesProven track record managing sourcing events from strategy through contract executionStrong commercial and contract negotiation capabilitiesExperience working within banking, financial services, or other regulated industriesUnderstanding of supplier risk management and outsourcing governanceStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience supporting international sourcing programsFluent English requiredApplication InformationDue to the confidential nature of this search, company details will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process.
