Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager – Power Generation (Gas Turbines)

Jereh Energy Equipment and Technologies is expanding its power generation supply chain capabilities and is looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager with hands-on experience sourcing gas turbine equipment, components, and services.This position will lead supplier and category strategy supporting gas turbine power generation systems, rotating equipment, generators, controls, and associated mechanical and electrical systems. We are looking for someone who knows the turbine supply base, understands the commercial side of sourcing, and can work directly with engineering, operations, quality, project teams, and suppliers.Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management for gas turbine equipment, components, repair services, and MRO requirements
• Develop sourcing strategies for industrial and aero-derivative gas turbine applications
• Source mechanical and electrical categories including rotating equipment, generators, control systems, valves, piping, fabrication, castings, forgings, machining, and related components
• Identify, qualify, develop, and manage domestic and international suppliers
• Lead commercial negotiations and long-term agreements, including MSA, SEA, and LTA structures
• Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and risk
• Drive cost reduction, cost avoidance, supplier development, and localization opportunities
• Support CAPEX, OPEX, project procurement, aftermarket, and MRO sourcing requirements
• Partner with engineering, operations, quality, finance, and project management on supplier and sourcing decisions
• Monitor supplier KPIs, market conditions, lead times, capacity, commodity trends, and supply risk
• Support supplier recovery and expedited requirements when project or field schedules are at riskRequired Qualifications
• 7+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain experience
• Direct sourcing experience supporting gas turbines, power generation, rotating equipment, or closely related energy equipment
• Experience sourcing turbine components, engineered equipment, fabrication, machining, electrical equipment, controls, valves, piping, or MRO services
• Demonstrated supplier negotiation and contract management experience
• Experience with long-term supplier agreements, supplier development, cost reduction, and performance management
• Experience working with engineering, operations, quality, and project teams
• ERP/MRP experience such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or comparable systems
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally based on business requirementsPreferred Background
• Experience with OEMs or supply chains associated with GE Vernova / GE Power, Baker Hughes, Siemens Energy, Mitsubishi Power, Solar Turbines, or comparable turbine organizations
• Experience with industrial or aero-derivative gas turbine platforms
• Existing knowledge of the U.S. and global turbine supplier market
• Experience supporting power generation projects, turbine services, aftermarket operations, gas compression, LNG, or oil and gas applications
• APICS, CPSM, CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma, or related supply chain certification
