قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe Charles Group is seeking a Senior Strategist to lead brand and performance strategy on one of our largest accounts, a global technology brand spanning consumer, gaming, and B2B sub-brands. You will own strategy across multiple concurrent campaign workstreams: developing messaging architecture, authoring test-and-learn frameworks for paid media, and leading multi-round client presentations. This is a client-facing senior role with direct ownership of strategic deliverables on tight, overlapping timelines, including a major video and keynote initiative launching this fall.Key responsibilitiesDevelop campaign strategy, messaging architecture, and positioning across multiple sub-brands and product lines, from brief through final creative feedback rounds.Author and present multi-round (R1/R2/R3) messaging and creative strategy decks directly to senior client stakeholders, incorporating structured feedback between rounds.Design test-and-learn programs for paid media, hypotheses, control/variant structures, success metrics, and partner with media and analytics on monthly (M1/M2/M3) performance readouts.Translate business objectives into actionable creative briefs for design, copy, video, and social teams.Lead strategic framing for new-business responses and RFPs, including audience, competitive, and category analysis.Partner with account leadership on scope development and strategic roadmaps for a portfolio of 10+ concurrent projects.Contribute strategic narrative to large-format deliverables: brand rebrands, executive keynote content, and integrated campaign platforms.Required qualifications6–8+ years in brand, integrated, or performance strategy, with at least 3 years agency-side.Demonstrated experience presenting strategy to senior client stakeholders (Director/VP level) in enterprise or Fortune 500 environments.Hands-on experience designing test-and-learn or experimentation programs tied to paid media, and interpreting the results into strategic recommendations.Strong command of paid-media fundamentals: funnel architecture, audience segmentation, CPL/CPA/ROAS economics, and platform trade-offs (Meta, Google, programmatic).Exceptional deck-writing and storytelling ability, you build the presentation, not just the outline.Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under compressed timelines.Preferred qualificationsTechnology, consumer-electronics, gaming, or B2B/enterprise category experience.Experience supporting brand rebrands or brand-architecture work.Familiarity with co-marketing / partner-brand approval environments.Experience briefing video and motion production (storyboards, animatics, edit rounds).Tools & platformsRequired: Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (advanced deck craft in Slides/PowerPoint or Keynote), a project-management platform (Adobe Workfront strongly preferred; Asana/Monday acceptable), paid-media reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, or platform-native).Preferred: Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (reporting literacy), GA4, audience/competitive research tools (GWI, Semrush, SimilarWeb, MRI-Simmons), Figma or Miro for collaborative workshops.What success looks like (first 90 days)Full ownership of in-flight messaging rounds and the test-and-learn roadmap with zero dropped client deliverables.A repeatable brief-to-readout strategy template adopted across account workstreams.Strategic narrative delivered for the fall video/keynote program.***Working hours are 9am-6pm EST no matter of location***
