Senior Strategist | New York | $120k–$150kAn independent integrated communications agency is looking for a Senior Strategist to join its growing New York team.This is a broad, hands-on strategy role spanning brand, creative, communications and performance, working across both B2B and B2C clients.You’ll work closely with senior agency leadership to develop insight-led strategies and creative propositions, taking projects from initial client brief through to delivery.The role will include:• Developing integrated campaign and creative strategies• Turning audience, market and competitor insight into clear strategic direction• Creating value propositions and messaging frameworks• Writing briefs and guiding creative teams• Contributing to channel planning and customer journey mapping• Presenting strategic and creative work to clients• Supporting new business pitches and proactive client thinking• Working across multiple projects and client accountsYou’ll ideally have:• 3–5+ years’ strategy experience within an agency environment• Strong integrated marketing experience, particularly digital and social• Experience developing effective creative strategies• The ability to simplify complex subjects and turn them into compelling stories• Strong presentation and client-facing skills• A commercial, creative and strategic mindset• A proactive, collaborative approachThis is a great opportunity to join an ambitious independent agency at an exciting stage of its US growth, with genuine scope for progression.
