Senior Strategy & Performance Analyst

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the company's strategy, as well as monitoring and evaluating corporate performance to ensure strategic objectives are met. They will work closely with various departments to collect and analyze data, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and support decision-making.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the development and continuous update of the corporate strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and mission.Develop, monitor, and evaluate corporate and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare periodic performance reports and executive dashboards for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Conduct root cause analysis for performance variances and recommend initiatives and improvement projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of performance objectives, provide guidance, and support the successful implementation of performance management practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience in data analysis, strategic planning, or corporate performance management.Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI.Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and methodologies like the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle large amounts of data.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.BenefitsSupportive work environment.Training and development.Attractive salaries & benefits.Flexible work hours.
