In this position, you will work closely with senior leadership, lead high-impact work streams, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the business.You will have the opportunity to influence corporate strategy, drive digital transformation initiatives, collaborate with international stakeholders, and support organizational development through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.🚀 What You Will DoCorporate Strategy & TransformationLead strategic work streams related to the corporate strategy and digital transformation agenda of Mercedes-Benz Tech Spain and Home of Tech.Drive strategic initiatives from concept definition through execution and implementation.Develop decision papers and recommendations for senior management and executive stakeholders.Analysis & Strategic PlanningConduct market, competitor, and cross-industry analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic priorities.Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations and innovative solution concepts.Support business growth through structured analysis and strategic thinking.Project Management & ConsultingManage strategic projects end-to-end, from project scoping and planning to implementation and follow-up.Collaborate closely with Business Streams and Home of Tech Hubs to ensure successful execution.Monitor progress and help align initiatives with business objectives.Stakeholder Management & CommunicationPrepare clear, concise, and impactful presentations for senior leadership.Transform complex topics into executive-ready materials and decision proposals.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across international and cross-functional teams.Workshops & Organizational DevelopmentDesign and facilitate workshops involving multidisciplinary and international teams.Support change management initiatives and organizational improvement projects.Define and monitor impact metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.Team Collaboration & MentoringProvide functional guidance and mentoring within assigned work streams.Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.✅ What We Are Looking ForDegree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field with a strong analytical focus.Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Business Transformation, or a similar environment.Proven experience leading work streams, projects, or small teams.Strong knowledge of strategy development, strategy execution, organizational development, and business process improvement.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to simplify complex topics and translate them into business recommendations.Experience working with senior stakeholders in international environments.Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity.🌍 LanguagesEnglish — Fluent (mandatory)German — Nice to have
