Senior Strategy Consultant (KPIs) - 9 Months Contract

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate - Strategy & Performance Management to support a strategic transformation and performance management engagement with a leading government-related entity in Riyadh.The consultant will play a key role in developing, reviewing, and enhancing strategic KPIs, performance measurement frameworks, and strategic planning initiatives. The successful candidate should possess strong experience in strategy development, KPI design, performance management, and working with public sector, development authorities, or government entities across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and refinement of organizational strategies and strategic objectives.Design, review, and update strategic KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.Align KPIs with strategic goals, initiatives, and organizational priorities.Conduct strategic planning assessments and performance reviews.Develop performance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms.Analyze organizational performance data and identify improvement opportunities.Support the implementation of performance management frameworks and governance structures.Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and strategy sessions.Prepare presentations, reports, and executive-level recommendations.Engage with senior stakeholders and support project management activities.Required Experience & SkillsEssential SkillsStrategy Formulation & DevelopmentStrategic PlanningKPI Development & Measurement FrameworksPerformance ManagementBalanced Scorecards & Performance ReportingData Analysis & Performance MonitoringStakeholder ManagementPresentation & Communication SkillsPreferred ExperienceExperience working with:Development AuthoritiesGovernment EntitiesPublic Sector OrganizationsRegional Development OrganizationsExperience supporting strategy execution and institutional performance improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Public Policy, Management, Engineering, or a related field.Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.Minimum 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, performance management, or strategic planning.Experience within consulting firms or strategy advisory projects is highly preferred.Language RequirementsFluent Arabic (Mandatory)Fluent English (Mandatory)
