The successful candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, recommending suitable Australian education pathways and managing students through the admission process from initial consultation to enrolment. The role requires strong knowledge of the Australian education sector, excellent counselling skills and the ability to build trust with students and their families.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCounsel students and parents on Australian study options, courses and institutions.Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses and education providers.Manage the end-to-end application and enrolment process.Guide students on Australian student visa requirements and coordinate with the processing team.Follow up with leads and students to achieve application and enrolment targets.Maintain accurate CRM records and student documentation.Participate in education fairs, seminars and student recruitment activities.Stay updated on Australian education and visa requirements.Work closely with admissions, processing, compliance and marketing teams.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in any discipline2–4 years of relevant experience in international student counselling, preferably with strong exposure to the Australian education marketWorking knowledge of the Australian student visa process and relevant visa requirementsStrong English communication skills; fluency in Sinhala and Tamil.Good knowledge of CRM systems, Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeStrong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-management skillsSALARY: Premium salary package for the suitable candidate.
