Senior Student Counsellor

La Trobe University Colombo Campus is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Student Counsellor to join our Student Recruitment & Enrolment team.This is a full-time position for someone who is confident in guiding students and parents, managing applications, driving conversions, and contributing towards campus enrolment growth.Key Responsibilities:• Counsel students and parents on available study pathways and programs• Manage student enquiries, applications and enrolments• Follow up with prospective students and drive conversions• Maintain accurate student records and pipeline updates• Support enrolment campaigns, events and student recruitment activities• Work closely with the wider admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrolment targetsWhat We’re Looking For:• Minimum 3 years of experience in student counselling, education or student recruitment• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Proven ability to manage student conversions and enrolment targets• Excellent follow-up, organisational and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and take ownership of student cases• Leadership or team mentoring experience will be an added advantageLa Trobe University Colombo Campus, No 36, Alfred House Avenue, Colombo 03If you are passionate about higher education and helping students build their future, we would love to hear from you.
