Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Education Counsellor-UK, based in Banani. The Senior Education Counsellor will guide students through the study-abroad journey, offering expert advice and assistance on UK educational opportunities. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one counseling, helping students identify appropriate academic programs, assisting with applications, and supporting them in their career planning. The role also requires establishing strong communication with students and their families and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and application process. Qualifications Proven expertise in Educational Consulting and familiarity with the UK & europe education systemStrong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide students towards suitable academic and career pathsExcellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, families, and team membersBackground or experience in Education, particularly in international education, is highly desirableAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environmentProficiency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantageBachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
