The Senior Student Counselor will provide professional student and career counseling services, offering tailored advice and guidance to clients for their overseas education. Responsibilities include assessing students' needs, building personalized education plans , managing branch team, execute GSR assements , CAS processes , possess through visa knowledge, , addressing client inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure an excellent customer service experience and maintaining daily operations of the branch .QualificationsStrong expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide clients on academic and career opportunities.It is mandatory to have previous experiences in Australia / UK student Counseling visa and admissionsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and stakeholders.Understanding of the Education sector and study-abroad processes and requirements.Ability to analyze student profiles and tailor customized education plans.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field will be an added advantagePrior experience in student counseling, specifically related to international education, is an advantage.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client profiles and schedules.
