Key ResponsibilitiesProvides advice on the preparation of regulations and implementing regulations related to the allocation of fuel and feedstock, and conducts various research and studies related to the development of resource allocation activities and supports related decisions.Recommends methods for participating in the preparation and implementation of regulations and implementing regulations related to the allocation of fuel and feedstock in accordance with approved models and methodologies, and studies and analyzes current regulatory regulations to support the development of new regulations for the allocation of resources.Proposes forms of support and provides views on decisions to introduce any new regulations or rules related to allocation.Proposes mechanisms for preparing and developing studies, collecting information, and defining the requirements necessary for introducing regulations and rules related to allocation.Provides advice on recommendations for the allocation of gas, ethane, and liquid products, while ensuring that the impact of such allocations on the economy is studied during the allocation process.Recommends evaluating the performance of ongoing allocation activities, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing changes to regulations related to the allocation of fuel and feedstock when needed.Recommends the recommendations that should be considered to successfully complete major projects that require allocation activities and achieve the greatest possible benefit from them for the economy.Identifies methods for selecting new projects to increase product diversification and contribute to the preparation of new manufacturing activities that ensure local content and new job creation factors are taken into consideration.Provides advice on preparing and processing data related to licenses and their fees, and works to verify and refine them.Recommends formulating initiatives and conducting follow-up to increase connectivity to new industrial cities and support local industrial sectors by increasing the availability of energy products and meeting demand.Recommends managing and updating data and information related to allocation criteria and mechanisms, and managing, updating, and developing the calculation models used in allocation requests.Reviews the outputs of periodic monitoring of the quantities of available and accessible for allocation across various sectors.Adheres to work controls and behaviors, cybersecurity policies, and procedures of the organizational unit.Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.Required ExperienceMinimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any field related to the job.
