This role oversees a development team, providing technical guidance and mentoring, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications using .NET technologies and AI/LLM-based solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable software architectures, reviewing code, managing development workflows, and coordinating with product, operations, and infrastructure teams to align applications with business needs. The Senior Supervisor will lead the integration of AI language models into existing and new systems, drive best practices in software engineering, and ensure secure, maintainable, and performant solutions. The role also involves planning and prioritizing tasks, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to technical roadmaps and innovation within Xceed’s digital capabilities.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong .NET development skills, including experience with C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Core), and related frameworks.Candidates should possess experience with AI and LLM technologies, such as integrating large language models via APIs, prompt engineering, and implementing AI-driven features.Candidates should possess solid software engineering skills in areas such as object-oriented design, design patterns, clean architecture, and secure coding practices.Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, mentoring, performance feedback, and workload prioritization.Candidates should possess experience with databases and cloud or on-premises environments, including SQL Server or similar, and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage complex projects.Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a multicultural environment.Candidates should ideally have 4+ years in a technical leadership or supervisory role in application development,
