This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET technologies and AI Large Language Models, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. The Senior Supervisor will oversee a development team, review code, define technical standards, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include architecting application components, integrating databases and third-party services, optimizing existing systems, and ensuring adherence to best practices in CI/CD, testing, and documentation. The role also involves mentoring team members, contributing to solution roadmaps, and staying current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and .NET frameworks to drive innovation within Xceed’s service offerings.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Software Development and Programming skills, with extensive experience in .NET frameworks and C#.Candidates should possess solid Databases skills, including designing schemas, writing optimized queries, and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.Candidates should possess Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and front-end integration skills to ensure responsive, user-friendly interfaces and seamless connectivity between UI and back-end services.Candidates should possess Integration skills, including working with APIs, microservices, and middleware to connect internal and external systems.Proven experience (around 7 years) in application development, including leading or supervising technical teams in complex projects.Hands-on experience implementing and integrating AI Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications, with understanding of model lifecycle, prompt design, and responsible AI practices.Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, testing methodologies, and DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployment).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
