The role involves leading the design, development, and maintenance of .NET-based applications, integrating AI-driven features and solutions to support business processes and customer experience. The Senior Supervisor will oversee a development team, provide technical direction, review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting solutions, optimizing performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting deployment and integration activities within Xceed’s technology ecosystem. The role also includes mentoring team members, contributing to technical roadmaps, and driving continuous improvement in software development standards and AI adoption.Qualifications Strong proficiency in application development using .NET technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and related frameworks.Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning concepts, tools, or platforms (e.g., model integration, AI APIs, data-driven features).Solid background in software engineering practices, including object-oriented design, design patterns, and clean coding standards.Experience with databases and data access technologies (e.g., SQL Server, ORM frameworks, query optimization).Capability in supervising and mentoring development teams, including task delegation, code reviews, and performance guidance.Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and lifecycle management.Knowledge of secure coding principles, application performance tuning, and troubleshooting in production environments.Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and documenting technical solutions.Bachelor’s
