- Developing and delivering the overall supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future growth plans
- Leading and developing the Supply Chain function, creating a high-performing, collaborative and engaged team environment
- Managing supply relationships across international suppliers, manufacturing partners and key stakeholders
- Driving Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to ensure effective forecasting, inventory management and supply continuity
- Overseeing procurement activities, supplier performance and service level agreements
- Working closely with Logistics and Warehousing teams to optimise stock levels, inventory planning and operational efficiency
- Identifying supply chain risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain service levels and minimise disruption
- Using data, insight and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction and process enhancement
- Leading business improvement projects and supporting the ongoing development of systems, processes and planning tools
- Building strong relationships across the wider business to ensure a joined-up and customer-focused approachWhat We're Looking For
- Significant experience operating within a senior Supply Chain, Procurement or Operations leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop, motivate and engage teams
- Experience managing complex supply chains, inventory planning and supplier relationships
- A strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term planning with operational delivery
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
- Knowledge of import/export processes and supply chain compliance
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies would be advantageous
