Senior Supply Chain Analys

Role Description The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for media production and event-related operations, ensuring timely availability of equipment, materials, and services for all shows. This part-time role is hybrid, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to work from home for analysis, reporting, and virtual collaboration. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, analyzing data to improve purchasing and logistics, and managing scheduling and flow of resources to match program requirements. The analyst will create dashboards and reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, refine operational processes, and support risk management for supply disruptions. This role will also collaborate closely with production, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain decisions with budget, quality, and timeline objectives.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and data interpretation capabilities to evaluate supply chain performance and recommend improvements.Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management to oversee end-to-end processes and align resources with production needs.Experience in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels, track assets, and prevent shortages or overstock situations.Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners in a multicultural environment.Experience with ERP or supply chain software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.Previous experience in media, events, or related industries is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a part-time schedule, and adapt to a hybrid work setting in Dubai.
