Role Description The Director role at Ocean Blue Infotech is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Director will provide strategic leadership across technology, delivery, and operations, ensuring projects align with company goals and client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing cross-functional teams, setting performance standards, managing budgets, and driving process improvements for scalable, high-quality delivery. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, participating in business development, guiding product and service roadmaps, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. The Director will mentor managers and team leads, support talent development, and ensure alignment with global leadership and organizational priorities.QualificationsProven leadership and management skills, including team building, stakeholder management, and decision-making.Strong background in technology-driven environments, preferably in AI/ML, IoT, web or mobile development, or custom software.Experience with project and program management, agile methodologies, and end-to-end delivery oversight.Business acumen in budgeting, resource planning, and performance metrics, with a focus on scalability and quality.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and with clients.Track record of driving digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in a director-level or senior leadership role within a technology or IT services organization is highly beneficial.
