قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole OverviewWe are seeking a driven Senior Supply Chain Manager based in Huizhou to direct end-to-end supply chain operations and accelerate factory-level process optimization. In this role, you will oversee operation, material planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and manufacturing alignment. Beyond core operations, you will leverage modern digital tools and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives across factory logistics and planning workflows to eliminate operational friction, shorten lead times, and enhance overall cost efficiency.Drive the adoption and leverage of digital supply chain tools, automation solutions, and data analytics dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced MRP modules) to enable data-driven decision-making and real-time operational visibility.Lead demand forecasting, materials requirement planning (MRP), and master production scheduling to align component delivery with factory capacity and production schedules.Partner directly with on-site manufacturing teams and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to oversee production readiness, resolve shop-floor supply shortages, and prevent downtime.Perform deep-dive Bill of Materials (BOM) cost roll-ups, lead-time mapping, and component lifecycle analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate single-source supplier risks.Oversee inbound component delivery, international freight, customs clearance, and local warehouse operations to sustain high-throughput material flows.Manage stock levels to minimize excess/obsolete (E&O) inventory while ensuring high On-Time In-Full (OTIF) fulfillment performance from factory floor to end customer.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.7+ years of progressive supply chain experience, featuring a strong manufacturing background and mandatory hands-on experience in consumer electronics.Proven track record of using digital supply chain tools, data visualization platforms, and digitize manual processes and drive performance gains.Strong practical application of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks within a production context.Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English to effectively bridge local factory teams with global stakeholders.
