Cin7 Core experience would be advantageous, although experience with comparable systems such as Unleashed, NetSuite or TradeGecko is equally relevant.Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence working with large volumes of stock, purchasing and operational data.Advanced Excel and spreadsheet capability, with experience creating reports, models and dashboards and using them to analyse performance and drive improvements.Evidence of using reporting and analysis to improve efficiency, accuracy and cost control, particularly within stock and inventory.A tech-savvy and systems-minded approach, with an interest in using technology, automation and better processes to improve how the supply chain operates.Experience working closely with finance teams and understanding the financial impact of stock, purchasing, waste and operational decisions.Previous people management experience, with the ability to develop team members and establish clear processes and accountability.Experience leading cross-functional projects, bringing different departments together to deliver improvements across the end-to-end supply chain.A proactive EPD and cost-saving mentality, with experience identifying efficiencies across both internally manufactured products and externally sourced finished goods.A hands-on, practical approach and the willingness to operate at both a strategic and detailed level in a growing business. The DetailsFull-time, permanent (part-time considered for the right candidate)Monday to Friday, day shift, 40 hours per weekOn-site at Masafina’s production and warehouse facility in West LondonRecruitment ProcessHarmonic has been exclusively engaged by Masafina to manage this search.
