Senior Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Planning & Coordination: Partner with regional S&OP, Sales, Operations, Customers, Plant, and functional leaders to align demand, production capacity, and capabilities while ensuring on-time delivery.End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Lead internal flow activities including production planning and scheduling, warehouse management, purchasing, material handling, shipping, and distribution.Process & Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes, standards, tools, and systems to optimize operational performance, productivity, and service levels.Lean & Cost Optimization: Lead Lean initiatives across the organization to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, optimize capacity utilization, and drive cost and working-capital improvements.Supplier & Materials Management: Oversee sourcing, purchasing, supplier performance, material planning, and vendor development, including identifying alternative suppliers and opportunities to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance.Trade Compliance, Capacity & EHS: Manage capacity planning and load factors across labor, tools, and equipment, while overseeing import/export activities and ensuring compliance with government regulations, internal policies, EHS, and risk management requirements.
