About the role:We are looking for an experienced Mandarin Speaker Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and develop our Supply Chain function. The role will focus on managing local procurement, logistics, import & export, and dispatch operations. The position will also drive the development of local supplier resources and strengthen supply chain capabilities. It will focus on improving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing cost control. What You'll DoStrategic Supply Chain Planning & Implementation:Develop and implement the in-country supply chain strategy in alignment with headquarters’ direction and business objectives.Oversee the planning of procurement, import & export, and logistics networks to ensure efficient, stable, and cost-effective operations, while continuously adapting to market and business needs.Procurement Management & Supplier Development:Implement the company’s procurement policies and processes while ensuring compliance and effective cost control.Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, development, and relationship management, maintaining a qualified supplier base and ensuring competitive quality, cost, and delivery performance.Logistics Management:Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation planning, logistics service provider selection and management, and logistics cost optimization.Ensure the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of products and materials while continuously improving logistics performance.Operational Excellence & Cost Optimization:Drive continuous improvement across the supply chain by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve resource utilization, reduce operational costs, and enhance service quality.Establish effective performance indicators and ensure the supply chain delivers measurable business value.Leadership, Risk Management & Business Partnership:Provide strong leadership to the Supply Chain function and build a high-performing team with clear objectives and accountability.Anticipate supply chain risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and work closely with internal stakeholders and headquarters to ensure supply chain decisions support the company’s overall business objectives and long-term growth.What you bring: Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement & logistics roles. Supply Chain Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and import & export operations.
• Proven experience in cost optimization, process improvement, and supply chain strategy.
• Good knowledge of supplier networks and sourcing. Leadership & Communication:
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Chinese is required, with experience in the Local &China market.
• Good English communication skills.
