Senior Supply Chain Transformation Lead

We are partnering with a global semiconductor manufacturer that is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Transformation Lead to help modernize and transform its global supply chain operations.Position Highlights

• Senior-level, full-time direct hire opportunity
• Dallas, TX area
• Enterprise-wide role focused on supply chain transformation, process improvement, and digitalization
• Significant exposure to global Supply Chain, IT, Operations, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
• Opportunity to help shape the company’s future-state global supply chain operating modelKey Responsibilities
• Lead and support transformation initiatives across supply chain planning, order management, and fulfillment
• Design and implement standardized, scalable processes across global business units
• Identify opportunities to improve cost, service, efficiency, inventory, and supply chain visibility
• Partner with IT on ERP, advanced planning, data, and digital supply chain initiatives
• Translate business needs into process and technology solutions
• Lead process design, UAT, implementation, adoption, and change management activities
• Establish and monitor KPIs including OTIF, forecast accuracy, cycle time, and inventory turns
• Drive process governance, continuous improvement, documentation, training, and long-term adoptionIdeal Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
• 7–10+ years of supply chain, operations, process transformation, or related experience
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Strong experience with supply chain process design, standardization, and continuous improvement
• End-to-end understanding of supply chain planning, order management, and fulfillment
• Experience with ERP and advanced supply chain planning systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
• Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs is a plus
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics experience is a plusWhat’s Offered
