Senior Support Analyst (India) (m/f/d)

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 production support for Openlink Endur across FO, MO, BO, and Logistics. Troubleshoot complex incidents using SQL, application logs, and root-cause analysis. Perform daily health checks, EOD monitoring, and control report validation. Identify recurring issues, raise problem records, and implement sustainable fixes. Support UAT, regression testing, and production releases. Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting runbooks. Act as an Endur SME for business users and provide support during extended hours. Required Skills4–7+ years of Endur production support experience. Strong SQL and log analysis skills. Good understanding of trade lifecycle and EOD processes. Experience with physical and/or financial commodity trading. Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to HaveExposure to OpenJVS / OpenComponents and ability to review custom code.
