Senior Support and Installation Technician

SENIOR SUPPORT & INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN - Bellevue, WA - $30-$40/HRAre you the person everyone turns to when a technical issue needs solving? This role offers a blend of field work, remote troubleshooting, customer interaction, and growth opportunities in a collaborative, low-micromanagement environment.Who you are:Experience supporting NCR ENCOR, RORC, ISS45, ScanMaster, or similar retail POS systems.Strong troubleshooting skills with networking fundamentals including VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and Windows environments.A naturally curious problem solver who enjoys reverse engineering issues, working independently, and serving as the go-to resource for complex technical challenges.Experience supporting retail technology hardware including POS terminals, peripherals, networking equipment, and related infrastructure.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.What you’ll do:Install, configure, maintain, and support retail technology solutions, including POS systems, networking equipment, and related hardware, on-site and remotely.Troubleshoot escalated software, hardware, and connectivity issues while partnering with customers and vendors to drive resolution.Perform preventative maintenance, upgrades, repairs, and system optimization to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.Document service activities, support customer onboarding efforts, and contribute to successful technology deployments across multiple locations.Why work here:Empowering leadership style with autonomy and minimal micromanagement.Variety of work including field service, remote support, installations, and project-based assignments.Opportunity to build long-term customer relationships and grow your technical expertise.Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, and profit-sharing opportunities.What does this position pay?Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.The expected pay range for this role is $30-$40 per hour.
