Senior SW Engineer

Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or application development. Strong hands-on experience developing scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and modern software engineering best practices in cloud-native and distributed environments. Strong programming experience in one or more modern languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar. Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Experience with frontend development frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar is a plus. Experience with cloud-native development using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including performance optimization and data modeling best practices. Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture principles, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. Practical experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar) to accelerate software development, debugging, refactoring, test automation, and technical documentation while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and maintainability. Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives and contribute to architecture and technical design decisions. Strong collaboration, communication, and technical leadership skills. Bilingual English and Spanish communication capabilities. This position must be remote from Guadalajara Preferred Qualifications Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application development. Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or serverless technologies. Exposure to Agile delivery models, DevOps practices, and platform modernization programs. Experience mentoring engineers and influencing engineering standards.
