As a trusted IT consulting partner, Dautom is supporting their strategic initiatives by connecting them with exceptional talent to drive business growth and transformation.Job Role: Senior System Admin EngineerWork Location: SharjahNotice Period: Immediate – 30 DaysAbout the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Senior System Admin Engineer to lead the strategic execution of paid acquisition initiatives for a premium off-plan real estate portfolio across diverse international markets.This pivotal role carries a dual mandate: driving high-value B2C customer acquisition by engaging investors and end-users globally, while building and scaling a robust B2B broker and partner acquisition ecosystem to strengthen international market reach and accelerate distribution growth.The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of performance marketing, international audience acquisition, and data-driven growth strategies, with the ability to translate marketing investments into measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities • Leading a team of system administrators, providing direction, guidance, and support in their daily activities, setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. • Managing and resolving incidents related to applications and services, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations. • Identifying and addressing recurring issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing permanent fixes to prevent future incidents. • Planning, coordinating, and implementing changes to applications and services, ensuring proper testing, documentation, and communication to minimize risks and disruptions. • Managing relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, coordinating support and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. • Monitoring and analyzing the performance and utilization of applications and services, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing performance tuning measures. • Ensuring applications and services are secured and compliant with relevant policies, standards, and regulations, including data privacy and protection requirements. Skills • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the applications and services being managed. This includes knowledge of operating systems, databases, networks, and other relevant technologies. • Effectively lead and manage a team of administrators. This includes setting goals, providing guidance, delegating tasks, and motivating team members to achieve their best performance. • Dealing with complex technical issues and challenges and be able to analyze problems, identify root causes, and come up with effective solutions in a timely manner. • Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments within the SDD. This includes both verbal and written communication skills. • Skilled in planning and organizing tasks and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes creating project plans, setting priorities, and managing resources efficiently. • Adapt to changes in technology, processes, and priorities. This includes being flexible in approach and open to learning new skills. • Ensure that the team follows proper documentation practices, such as documenting system configurations, changes, and incidents.
