This role supports the design, integration, deployment, sustainment, and modernization of complex IT systems and services in a mission-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Administer and support Windows Server and/or Linux enterprise environmentsManage VMware or similar virtualization platformsMaintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO)Support network operations center (NOC) activities and incident responsePerform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuningExecute patching, upgrades, and system lifecycle managementImplement and maintain STIG / DISA security compliance controlsUse tools such as:SCCM / PDQ for software deploymentSplunk / SolarWinds for monitoringAnsible / PowerShell / Bash for automationConduct backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operationsDocument system changes and follow strict change management processesSupport 24x7 high-availability environments with escalation dutiesRequired Qualifications:8+ years of systems administration experience (enterprise scale)Experience with:Windows Server administrationLinux (RHEL/CentOS commonly preferred)VMware or similar virtualization platformsActive Directory, DNS, DHCPStrong understanding of enterprise networking conceptsExperience with automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash)Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-53, STIGs, RMF)Ability to work in classified / federal environment)Desired:Demonstrate understanding of Red Hat Linux, Trusted Linux, Windows 10, VMware
