Senior System & Infrastructure, Engineer

Master Works is seeking an experienced Senior System & Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing systems.Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain servers, systems, networks, and infrastructure environments. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity. Configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux environments. Manage virtualization, cloud infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery. Implement infrastructure security controls and best practices. Troubleshoot complex system and infrastructure issues. Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations. Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures. Collaborate with IT, security, and application teams to ensure reliable servicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration and networking. Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Familiarity with backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions. Knowledge of infrastructure security and IT best practices. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
