Our client is a leading insurance company.Job Duties:Analyze business needs, workflows, and current systemsDesign and enhance systems to improve efficiency and performanceConduct feasibility studies and recommend suitable IT solutionsSupport system development, including coding, testing, and documentationImplement new systems or enhancements aligned with business goalsEnsure system stability and adopt up-to-date technologies where appropriateProvide day-to-day system support and troubleshoot issuesInvestigate technical problems and deliver cost-effective solutionsRespond to user enquiries and provide technical guidanceDeliver user training on systems and toolsResearch new technologies and recommend improvementsRequirements:Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldAt least 5 years of relevant IT experience, experience in the insurance industry is preferredStrong understanding of the full system development lifecycleSolid experience with Java, Spring, and HibernateExperience with cloud platforms and modern tools is a plus e.g. Microsoft Azure, document processing, or AI toolsSolid experience of relational Database experience on at least one of Sybase, MSSQL, and OracleKnowledge of web technologies and APIs is an advantageFamiliar with Agile ways of workingGood problem-solving and communication skillsAble to work independently and collaborate with different stakeholdersGood command of Chinese and English
