Senior System EngineerOne year contract - Renewable-Location: Dubai, UCMCJob Summary:Responsible for the administration, security, and support of Microsoft 365, Exchange Hybrid, Identity & Access Management, PKI, Email Security, Endpoint Management, and related infrastructure services.Key Responsibilities:Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.Administer Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and Hybrid Messaging environments.Manage Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, MFA, Conditional Access, and Enterprise Applications.Support MDM/MAM solutions preferably through Microsoft Intune.Manage PKI/CA infrastructure, AD CS, SSL certificates, and certificate lifecycle management.Administer email security platforms including EOP, Defender for O365, SMTP gateways, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.Support Trellix security products, endpoint protection, and compliance initiatives.Manage Infoblox DNS, and other DNS related infrastructure services.Implement security patches, upgrades, performance optimization, and disaster recovery solutions.Lead mailbox migrations, Microsoft 365 transformation projects, and hybrid cloud initiatives.Provide L3 support, incident management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement.Required Skills:Microsoft 365Exchange HybridEntra ID (Azure AD)Intune • PKI/AD CSEOP & Defender for O365SMTP GatewaysTrellix SecurityInfoblox DNSPowerShellWindows ServerQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or equivalent.Experience with enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments and hybrid cloud deployments.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
