This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking to expand their expertise and progress toward a high-level infrastructure role in the future.You will provide L2 technical support, contribute to IT infrastructure activities, and help ensure consistent service delivery across the team. The position offers exposure to a high-profile major project and a dynamic global IT environment.As a senior member of the team, you will also play an important role in supporting the wider IT function by mentoring and coaching junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and troubleshooting best practices, supporting team performance and service quality, and coordinating engineer shift schedules in collaboration with HR.
