Employment Type: Full-TimeRole Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer to manage, administer, and support enterprise IT systems, endpoint security platforms, identity and access management, collaboration applications, and SaaS tools.The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in enterprise application administration, endpoint management, security tools, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows/MacOS environments, and SaaS application support.The role requires someone who can independently troubleshoot complex issues, manage enterprise tools, drive operational improvements, and work closely with security, infrastructure, and business teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage enterprise IT applications, SaaS platforms, endpoint management, and security tools.Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, permissions, and application configurations.Monitor system health, security alerts, application availability, and endpoint compliance.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolution.Manage Windows and MacOS endpoints and associated enterprise tools.Administer Azure / Entra ID including users, groups, authentication, and access policies.Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 applications and collaboration platforms.Manage application packaging, deployment, configuration, and upgrades.Work with security teams to maintain endpoint security and vulnerability management.Manage SaaS integrations and troubleshoot SSO/access-related issues.Support cloud environments including GCP.Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, configuration records, and knowledge articles.Coordinate with vendors and third-party support teams for issue resolution.Participate in incident, problem, and change-management processes.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.Ensure enterprise applications and endpoints comply with security and operational standards.IT Operations ToolsHands-on experience with several of the following:1PasswordAdobe Creative CloudApplication PackagingAxoniusAzure / Entra IDConfluenceDocuSignGCPJetBrainsLucidMicrosoft Office / Office 365ZapierEndpoint Security & ManagementExperience with:AutomoxCrowdStrikeMacOSTenableWindowsWorkspace ONEZscalerCheck Point HarmonyCollaboration & Productivity ToolsExperience managing/supporting:BitlyChatGPTCloudMDropboxGAT+Google WorkspaceMicrosoft TeamsPrinterLogicSlackSurveyMonkeyOffice 365Required SkillsEnterprise IT OperationsSystem AdministrationSaaS Application AdministrationWindows & MacOS AdministrationAzure / Entra IDEndpoint ManagementEndpoint SecurityMicrosoft 365 / Office 365Identity & Access ManagementApplication Deployment & PackagingIncident & Problem ManagementVendor ManagementTroubleshooting & Root Cause AnalysisPreferred SkillsExperience managing a large portfolio of enterprise SaaS applications.Experience with SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and access provisioning.Knowledge of security and vulnerability management.Experience with automation and scripting such as PowerShell.Exposure to ITIL-based service management.Experience working with geographically distributed users and teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of experience in IT/System Administration, IT Operations, or Enterprise Application Administration.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to independently manage multiple applications and priorities.
