As a trusted IT consulting partner, Dautom is supporting their strategic initiatives by connecting them with exceptional talent to drive business growth and transformation.Job Role: : Senior System Engineer (Infrastructure & Operations)Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaNotice Period: Immediate – 30 DaysAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in System Operations, Infrastructure Operations, and IT Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing Windows Server environments, backup solutions, storage infrastructure, and virtualization. Exposure to cloud computing fundamentals and cloud platforms will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure and enterprise IT systems.Handle day-to-day system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Administer backup and recovery solutions to ensure data protection and business continuity.Manage storage infrastructure, including SAN, NAS, and enterprise storage solutions.Perform server installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.Monitor system health, capacity planning, and infrastructure availability.Support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and system security best practices.Coordinate with application, network, and security teams for infrastructure support.Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and system reports.Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.Required Skills10+ years of experience in System Administration and Infrastructure Operations.Strong experience with Windows Server Administration.Experience with Backup Solutions (Veeam, Veritas, Commvault, or similar).Hands-on experience in Storage Administration (SAN/NAS).Experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Services.Good understanding of IT Operations and Infrastructure Monitoring.Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity practices.Exposure to cloud computing fundamentals.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.About DautomDautom is a globally recognized IT consulting and technology services organization committed to enabling digital transformation through innovation, expertise, and a people-centric approach.We partner with leading organizations across industries to accelerate business growth by delivering exceptional talent, strategic IT consulting services, and innovative technology solutions.
