Role Requirements:· Experience: Relevant experience of 3+ years in hiring for the US Healthcare RCM sector is Preferred · Job Portal Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Naukri (posting, sourcing, Boolean search, nVites, etc.)· Recruitment Process: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer issuance using source types such as job portals, referrals, and vendors.· Tracking & Reporting: Ability to create and maintain required trackers and dashboards.· Stakeholder Management: Experience in global stakeholder management is preferred.· Walk-in Drives: Coordination and management of walk-in interview drives.· Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Education: Regular graduate (B.Com/ BBA/ Other)
