Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer closure and onboarding coordination.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, networking, and headhunting.Screen and assess candidates based on experience, skills, compensation, notice period, and overall suitability.Manage multiple requirements while ensuring agreed TATs and recruitment SLAs are achieved.Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular hiring updates.Build strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, and offer closures.Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports.Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for niche requirements.Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
