Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Healthcare & Licensing)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE | Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-lifecycle recruitment for specialized healthcare, administrative, and leadership roles. This position focuses on strategic talent sourcing, candidate pipeline management, and managing regulatory licensing and credentialing workflows (DOH/HAAD, DHA, MOH) through to deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Leadership: Manage end-to-end hiring for clinical roles, corporate positions, and executive placements.Licensing & Compliance: Oversee DataFlow primary source verification and DOH/DHA/MOH licensing conversion processes for all incoming candidates.Advanced Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, professional networks, and direct headhunting to target specialized talent.Team Guidance: Lead recruitment projects, mentor junior sourcers, and optimize candidate deployment pipelines.Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with department heads and operational leads to establish hiring timelines and role requirements.Key RequirementsExperience: 5+ years in full-cycle talent acquisition, with direct experience in UAE healthcare recruitment.Regulatory Knowledge: Deep working knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing frameworks (DOH, DHA, or MOH) and DataFlow credentialing.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment initiatives, manage workflow priorities, and drive team deliverables.Sourcing: Proficiency with direct sourcing methods, professional platforms, and applicant tracking systems.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
