قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWe're looking for a Senior Talent Partner who knows the US tech ecosystem, understands AI and infrastructure, and can become one of Runware's key people on the ground as we expand in the US.What You'll DoBuild our US teamYou'll own and support hiring across some of our most strategic US roles, particularly in:AI / Machine LearningInfrastructure & ComputeSoftware EngineeringProductLeadership and other strategic hiresYou'll work directly with founders and senior leaders to understand what we actually need rather than simply execute against a list of open positions.Build a network, not just a pipelineWe don't want someone whose sourcing strategy starts and ends with LinkedIn Recruiter.We want you to:Develop strong relationships within the US AI and technology ecosystemBuild long-term networks of engineers, founders, operators and technical leadersAttend and help identify relevant meetups, conferences and industry eventsCreate relationships with people who may not be actively looking for their next roleHelp make Runware better known within the US AI communityIdentify creative ways to reach exceptional peopleSan Francisco / Bay Area experience and an existing network there would be a significant advantage.Understand the technologyYou don't need to be an engineer, but you should be genuinely comfortable in technical environments.You should be interested in topics such as AI inference, GPUs, distributed systems, ML infrastructure, data centers and the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.We expect our Talent team to understand what we're building and to be able to have credible conversations with highly technical candidates.Help us build Runware in the USWe're establishing and growing Runware Inc., so your contribution won't necessarily stop at recruitment.From time to time, you may help with topics such as:US employment practices and market expectationsEmployment contracts and onboardingBenefits and People processesLocal vendors and partnersEmployee experience for our US teamIdentifying when we need external HR, legal or specialist supportYou won't be expected to be an employment lawyer or HR specialist. What matters is being curious, pragmatic and willing to take ownership when something needs to be figured out.Requirements5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, executive search or a similar roleStrong experience recruiting technical profiles in the USGood understanding of the US technology ecosystemExperience recruiting within AI, ML, infrastructure, cloud, developer tools or another highly technical environmentAbility to engage credibly with senior engineers, technical leaders and foundersA strong network — or clear evidence that you know how to build oneComfortable operating in a fast-moving startup where roles and priorities evolve quicklyAble to work autonomously and make decisions without waiting for multiple layers of validationInterested in broader People and company-building topics beyond recruitmentStrong ownership mentality: when you see something that needs doing, you help make it happenNice to haveBased in the San Francisco Bay AreaExisting network within the AI / ML ecosystemExperience in an early-stage or high-growth startupExperience helping a European or international company establish or scale its US presenceExposure to US People Ops, employment or benefits topicsExperience recruiting Staff+, Principal, leadership or highly specialized technical profilesBenefitsWe have core hours for cooperative working and calls, but outside of that your calendar is yours.
