Senior TAMM OS Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior TAMM OS Developer to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end government digital services on the TAMM Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with TAMM Workbench, backend services, Design Language System (DLS) components, and the complete TAMM release lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy end-to-end digital services on the TAMM Platform.Build intuitive user interfaces using Design Language System (DLS) components in accordance with TAMM design and UX standards.Develop backend services and ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications.Implement service-level AI capabilities, such as One Shot Prompt, where applicable.Manage applications through the complete TAMM release lifecycle, from development to production deployment.Integrate TAMM services with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRM Developers, API Specialists, UX/UI Designers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality digital solutions.Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and reliability.Ensure compliance with TAMM platform standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.Key Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of software development experience with recent hands-on expertise in the TAMM Platform.Proven experience developing end-to-end government digital services using TAMM Workbench and backend services.Strong experience building applications using DLS (Design Language System) components.Thorough understanding of TAMM design standards, UX guidelines, and the complete release lifecycle.Experience integrating TAMM applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise platforms.Strong knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
