They seek a Senior Tax Analyst to join their Los Angeles, CA office.ResponsibilitiesGather, examine, and verify vendor-submitted W-9 and W-8 documentationTrack vendor payment activity to assess reporting obligations and withholding requirementsHelp prepare and reconcile annual 1042-S filingsSupport resolution of IRS notices, audit requests, and reporting discrepanciesManage and maintain compliance timelines and filing deadlinesCollaborate with Accounts Payable and other teams to ensure clean, accurate vendor recordsProvide support during audits, stakeholder inquiries, and ad hoc reporting requestsIdentify and help implement opportunities for process automation and improvementRequirements Bachelor's degree3+ years of 1042 tax experience requiredDetail-orientedAbility to thrive in a high-volume shared services environmentAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skillsJob ID: 48463
