Senior Tax Technology Project ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEExperience: 10+ yearsTravel: Approximately 30–40% across the Middle EastWorking Hours: India business hours, with flexibility during project go-live/cutover periodsEducation: BE / MCA / MBAAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Tax Technology & ERP to lead complex technology implementation projects for clients across the Middle East.This is a highly client-facing consulting role requiring strong project management, technology implementation and stakeholder management experience.You will take ownership of projects from planning through implementation and go-live, working closely with clients, consulting teams, technology teams and implementation partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end enterprise technology implementation projects.Own project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, quality and overall delivery.Manage multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams.Lead project planning, implementation and status meetings.Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.Communicate project progress, risks and expectations clearly.Manage project budgets, resources and delivery costs.Provide consulting and business-process expertise throughout implementation.Work with Order-to-Cash (O2C) and/or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Support successful testing, production cutover and go-live.What We're Looking For10+ years of overall professional experience.8+ years of project management experience.Strong experience delivering technology/software implementation projects.Experience within consulting, professional services, systems integration, ERP consulting or Big 4 environments.Experience managing client-facing projects across the Middle East, Europe or India.Strong understanding of O2C and/or P2P processes.Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving and project planning capabilities.Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% across the Middle East.Desirable ExperienceTax technology implementation experience.Experience with Vertex, Avalara, Sovos or similar tax determination engines.ERP implementation experience.Cloud implementation experience.Knowledge of e-invoicing, particularly the UAE mandate.Experience in tax technology, trade management, supply chain or related consulting.PMI certification is a plus.The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing consulting organisation specialising in tax technology and indirect tax solutions, working with experienced consulting teams and international clients.If you are an experienced Project Manager with strong enterprise implementation and consulting experience and are looking for a challenging, client-facing role in Dubai, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now
