Senior Team Leader- PDMV

Antal International is collaborating with a leading Facilities Management company in the UAE to hire a Senior Team Leader – PDMV, based in Dubai, UAE.Role: Senior Team Leader – PDMVLocation: Dubai, UAEJob PurposeLead and supervise maintenance operations for assigned assets and personnel, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient facility operations during the designated shift. The role will provide technical support, manage maintenance activities and ensure assets achieve required performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and allocate daily/shift maintenance activities, manpower and resources.Lead preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance across assigned assets.Provide technical support for fault-finding, troubleshooting and equipment repairs.Monitor asset performance, reliability and maintenance activities.Conduct inspections, condition assessments and risk assessments.Ensure compliance with PTW, HSE, SOPs and applicable safety standards.Coordinate with clients, vendors, HSE, procurement and operations teams.Ensure accurate shift handovers, logbooks, reports and maintenance records.Handle critical breakdowns, system failures and emergency situations.Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training and technical support.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost optimisation and improved asset reliability.

Key Requirements

3-year Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Motor Vehicle, as applicable.Minimum 6 years of experience in large-scale facility maintenance or a similar environment.Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.Strong experience in MEP, Electrical, HVAC, Utilities or Civil asset maintenance.Hands-on experience in preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance.Experience with CMMS/Maximo, BMS or SCADA.Strong team leadership and shift management skills.Airport/facility maintenance experience is an added advantage.Knowledge of PTW, HSE, RCA and maintenance procedures.
