Senior/Tech Lead (.NET)

Job DescriptionLead a development team on .NET / ASP.NET Core projectsDesign system architecture (including Microservices if applicable)Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutionsConduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and securityCollaborate closely with PMs, BAs, and QAs to ensure project delivery on timeMentor and coach team members to improve their technical skillsHandle complex technical issues (troubleshooting, optimization)Drive technical direction and improve development processes (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps)RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)At least 1–2 years of experience in a Tech Lead or Senior positionStrong knowledge of:OOP, Design PatternsRESTful APIs / Microservices ArchitectureDatabases: SQL Server / NoSQLExperience with:Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS is a plus)CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)Strong leadership and team management skillsGood English communication skillsStrong problem-solving mindset, proactive, and high sense of ownershipBenefitsSalary review twice a year.12 days annual leave per year.Receive social insurance according to Vietnamese Government regulations.Working in a young and professional environment.
