If you have strong technical expertise in architectural coordination and contracting experience, we would love to hear from you*****Must have High-rise building experience *****Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical architectural support across all project stagesReview and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documentsManage subcontractors' shop drawings and material submittalsEnsure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building codeCoordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplinesResolve design and technical issues prior to constructionLead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsmenCoordinate engineering works with all subcontractorsMaintain shop drawing registers and material submittal logSupport QS / Commercial teams with design changes and variationsEnsure strong contractual compliance and technical coordinationRequirementsMinimum 8 years of contracting experienceUAE experience is mandatoryStrong knowledge of UAE codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and Green Building requirementsProven experience in shop drawings and material submittalsStrong coordination and contractual management skillsProficiency in AutoCADKnowledge of BIM / Revit is requiredDeal Breaker:Must have technical experience,Must have an architectural background,Must have contractor experience.Must be an Arabic speaker.
