Senior IT Business Analyst – DubaiLocation: Dubai, UAEExperience: 8+ YearsSalary: AED 20,000 per monthJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.Prepare business cases, use cases, and functional requirements.Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.Work closely with developers and technical teams to deliver IT solutions.Support UAT, testing, implementation, and change requests.Create process maps and workflow documentation.Provide training and support to business users.Monitor implemented solutions and recommend improvements.Manage stakeholder expectations, scope, and change requests.Support and guide team members when required.Requirements8+ years of experience in Business Analysis / IT Projects.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.Strong experience with web and mobile application projects.Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and business process automation.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.CBAP certification preferred/required as per client criteria.Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
